Supporting your wellbeing

People work best when they’re happy and healthy. In partnership with Time to Change, we’ve developed an action plan to encourage colleagues to talk about mental health. We’ve also taken lots of steps to help promote better mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Each year, we have over 28,000 wellbeing conversations with employees during our check ins.
